By accessing or participating in the Cine International Film Festival ("CIFF," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms govern all aspects of attendance, film submissions, ticket purchases, and festival participation.

All tickets and passes are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated. CIFF reserves the right to modify the programme, venue, or schedule without prior notice. Entry to screenings and events is subject to availability, and late arrivals may not be admitted. Unauthorized recording or distribution of any film or content presented at the festival is strictly prohibited.

Filmmakers submitting to CIFF confirm they hold all necessary rights to their work and grant us permission to screen it as part of the festival. Submission fees are non-refundable, and selection decisions are final. CIFF is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged materials submitted.

Attendees and participants must conduct themselves respectfully. CIFF reserves the right to remove or deny entry to anyone engaging in disruptive or inappropriate behavior. We are not liable for personal injury, lost property, or external factors affecting festival operations.
