All ticket sales, festival passes, and submission fees for the Cine International Film Festival ("CIFF," "we," "us," or "our") are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable unless otherwise stated. By purchasing a ticket or submitting a film, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Refunds will only be issued in the event of a festival cancellation by CIFF. Changes to the festival programme, venue, schedule, or guest lineup do not qualify for refunds. If an event or screening is rescheduled, your ticket will remain valid for the new date.

Submission fees for filmmakers are non-refundable under any circumstances, including withdrawal or disqualification. CIFF reserves the right to change its selection criteria or festival programming at its discretion without obligation to refund any fees.

If you experience technical issues when purchasing tickets, please contact us immediately, and we will review requests on a case-by-case basis. Any disputes regarding ticketing must be raised within 14 days of purchase.
